Return Policy

Our policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your order arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. If the product shows signs of damage and is not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items

Only normally priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items that are in discount cannot be refunded.

Return charges

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
